Description
A Y-pattern strainer with a 40-mesh SS316 screen, fitted upstream of pumps, control valves and heat exchanger coils to catch weld slag, scale and construction debris. The blow-down plug allows the screen to be flushed without removing the strainer from the line. Screen mesh from 20 to 100 available; 40 mesh is the usual choice for closed-circuit chilled water.
