Description
Forged brass body with a hard chrome-plated ball, intended for potable water, low-pressure utility and general plumbing isolation. Considerably cheaper than stainless, and entirely adequate where the medium is clean domestic water. Not recommended for chilled water systems dosed with glycol inhibitors, which attack brass over time.
